1. Nature of the project
Remoover is currently presented as an experimental, hobby-style project. The codebase and website show features for real-time ad-break recognition, live proof over websocket, per-device configuration, YouTube replacement, image folders, Hop & Return, favorites, blocking tools, and hourly scheduling.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using the website, creating an account, opening the dashboard, or accessing the demo dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
3. Accounts and demo access
Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for activity performed through your account.
- The public demo dashboard is intended only for viewing and product exploration.
- Demo access may be restricted, reset, modified, or removed at any time.
- You may not attempt to bypass demo restrictions or use demo access to interfere with the project or other users.
4. Recognition accuracy and service limitations
Remoover uses recognition and scheduling workflows that may involve live timing, device behavior, websocket updates, and external signals. Because of that, results are not guaranteed.
- Ad recognition can be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, unavailable, or inconsistent across channels, countries, operators, and device types.
- False positives and false negatives can happen.
- Synchronization differences between cable, satellite, IPTV, Kodi, or other playback environments can affect outcomes.
- The live proof page is informational and may not reflect every state change instantly.
5. Supported use and user responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the service, devices, and configured content.
- You are responsible for compliance with local law, broadcast rules, device terms, and any platform terms that apply to your use.
- You are responsible for the content you upload, save, schedule, or trigger through your account.
- If you use YouTube videos, uploaded images, or third-party content, you are responsible for having the rights or permission required to use that material.
- You may not use the service to harm the platform, other users, or third-party systems.
6. Third-party services and dependencies
The codebase uses or references third-party services and components, including supported device ecosystems, YouTube-related workflows, analytics, geolocation helpers, and payment infrastructure.
Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies. Remoover is not responsible for outages, restrictions, embed failures, API limits, or policy enforcement coming from those services.
7. Payments and subscriptions
If paid plans, gateways, or orders are offered, those flows may depend on third-party payment systems and may change over time. Availability, pricing, and billing logic are not guaranteed to remain the same.
8. Intellectual property and project content
Unless otherwise stated, the Remoover website, branding, interface copy, and project-specific design elements remain part of this project. Third-party trademarks, channel names, logos, platforms, and embedded services remain the property of their respective owners.
9. No sale of personal data
Based on the current project design and stated policy, we do not sell users' personal data. Limited sharing may still occur where necessary for hosting, analytics, payments, security, or core project operation, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, availability, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses, damages, missed detections, failed switches, content errors, service interruptions, device issues, third-party failures, or other consequences arising from the use or inability to use the project.
12. Changes to the project and these terms
We may update the service, the dashboard flow, device support, live proof behavior, or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
